DECEMBER

In November NPY teamed up with Project Reach to start an afterschool program geared at preparing elementary school children to take the FCAT in March, 2007. We had 85 children sign up.

We recently concluded our soccer season, we were 4[losses], 4[wins] and 2[ties]. We had 13 children participate, ages 8-12.

We played in a Thanksgiving basket ball tournament in Palm Coast and took third place - boys, 14 and under.

We have signed up for the PAL basketball league in Palatka and will be playing as the Hornets. Play begins in Janurary.

NPY is also mentoring 11 middle school boys at Jenkins and we also travel and play basketball games. We lost to the Palm Coast allstar team in overtime by 1 point on Dec 9. We hope to play Crescent city middle school soon.

We have youth church every Friday, 6:00pm at the NPY-PROJECT REACH LEARNING CENTRE on the corner of Reid st and 8th st. We have seen 10 children accept Jesus in just 3 weeks. Halleluiah!!!!!!!

GOD IS DOING GREAT THINGS THRU HIS PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

Special thanks to my church family who have stepped up to the challenge and whose hearts have been broken for these children.

THE HARVEST IS PLENTIFUL BUT THE LABORERS ARE FEW, PRAY THAT THE LORD OF THE HARVEST WILL SEND LABORERS INTO HIS HARVEST FIELD.

Thank you for your prayers and support.
